How Institutional Strength Perception Effects Law Obedience Empirical Evidence From Albania

Abstract: The legislation has become a part of every organization to maintain just ways of conducting businesses. In this context, the institutional strength perceptions are studied that how they affect the law obedience in Albania. The institutional strength perception is studied as independent variable whilst the dependent variable is law obedience. The research project is focused on finding conclusions on how the law obedience gets affected by the institutional strength perception (Burkus, 2012). This research will help organizations to find out the ways to improve their institutional strength which will in turn enhance the law obedience. The study revolves around law obedience because it is essential for the survival of any institution to follow the official frame of rules issued by astate or legislative authorities. It will also assist organizations in earning high performance by implementing law practices in their workplace. Further to it, it will act as a baseline for future researchers to take informative knowledge from this particular study in order to carry out the research in further parts which are still unknown(Givens, 2011). On the whole, this research will help to extract fruitful findings which will benefit both organizations as well as future researchers. Analyzing this relationship will surely helpto extract some useful conclusions that will provide companies to enhance the efficiency of their performance. Furthermore, the findings of this research will be applicable in extracting the same relationship in the same sector in different regions of the world.

Paper Title:

Brain Drain/Brain Gain: Socio Economic Effect on Indian Society

Abstract: This study reveals the socio economic effects of brain drain on Indian society. It studies various causes for brain drain & also shows how excess brain drain can cause severe problem to India, which  leads to huge loses if preventive measures are not taken well before time. The paper shows that how a brain drain maybe converted into a brain gain with wider application where India might stand as a win-win scenario. Proper balance between brain drain & brain gain is the key to success for any countries development. Suggestions related to what India can do to handle the problem of brain drain effectively and efficiently are been stated. This paper attempts to review the literature on brain drain with objective of retention of the Indian talent & giving them better career opportunities for the development of the individual as well as the home country.
